Our Services
We offer a full array of apparel printing services.
We print everything from custom designed art work, niche boutique orders, large scale printing, and everything in between. The Custom House Apparel is your first and last stop for everything printed. Here's a brief description of some of the services we offer:
SCREEN PRINTING
From spot color prints to full-color prints, discharge and water-based prints, and everything in-between The Custom House offers many different options.
Plastisol - Eco-Friendly, Phthalate Free. Prints best on dark and light colored garments.
Water Based - Soft Feel, Fades in the wash. Prints best on white/neutral garments.
4 color process - Blends Halftones for a photo like image. Prints best on white/neutral garments.
Simulated process - Blends Halftones for a photo like image. Prints best on dark and light colored garments.
Discharge - Soft Feel, Dyes Garment, only done on 100% cotton garments.
EMBROIDERY
Puff Embroidery - This technique is when the foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface. This will give the embroidery a three-dimensional look to your design
Digitization - We can convert your current artwork into a file specifically for an embroidery machine to sew onto a garment of your choice.
Personalization - We offer a wide selection of apparel, font, images, screen printing colors, and embroidery to make your items unique.
Graphic Design
In Addition to being a full service print and embroidery shop, we also offer a full service design studio. Whether it's a matter of just cleaning up a logo to make print ready, or creating custom design from scratch, we are ready to take on your project. Below is our pricing structure for graphic design.
Basic Vectorization - Make your simple designs print-ready. This service is for designs such as text, art with big shape areas and little detail.
Complex Vectorization - This service is for designs such as real photos, hand drawn art, and fixing blurry files.
Embroidery Digitization - This service makes art ready for embroidery.
Art Creation - Complete art creation from scratch.

Print Placement

understands that some t-shirt designs require unique print locations. We like to think of apparel as our canvas. We don’t limit our print areas to the standard print size of 14”×17”. We have created a shirt layout guide to show an example of some of the t-shirt printing options you have when printing with us. These are not the only options, and we’re open to your ideas too. The guide is simply a reference to some of the more popular print locations for our customers’ use. This reference sheet can be downloaded here.
